We hired Katrina as our day-of-coordinator and she truly was so professional and a pleasure to work with given the craziness of our wedding day! We had a 200+ guest wedding and a large bridal party that was a lot to manage for one person. Katrina handled everything with grace and was so calm and collected. Just with that, she made me feel that everything was going to be okay and calmed my anxiety.
The month of, we hopped on two calls which helped us navigate through our timeline and details. She also came to our venue walkthrough to understand the venue and their details. She was extremely thorough which helped us get an idea of how everything should flow using her experience in other weddings. She was on top of everything and if something went wrong, she handled it so well. She even coordinated with my DJ to execute a surprise dance that I was doing FLAWLESSLY!
We had the best time and couldn't have done it without Katrina helping bring all the planning we did the past year to the forefront. We truly appreciate her enthusiasm and hard work in making our dream day happen.

DO YOU TRAVEL?
Yes! Our team travels up to 2 hours from our home-based which is located in Rockville, Maryland.
DO YOU BRING AN ASSISTANT OR TEAM?
No wedding couple is the same! We carefully work together with our couples to help maximize their special day without adding crazy costs. Normally, an assistant is needed for DIY set-ups/breakdowns depending upon the level of effort for weddings larger than 150 guests!
HOW OFTEN DO WE COMMUNICATE THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS?
We stay connected throughout the process via email, scheduled planning sessions, & shared planning documents to help everything organized, updated, & transparent
